Renowned for his networking skills, Ben is never off the phone and there’s not a lot he doesn’t know about the property and construction market he has so passionately recruited for, for almost 20 years. An expert recruiter he holds great relationships with his clients and candidates alike, offering frank and direct advice along the way. Ben encourages his clients to really think about what they’re looking to achieve; a strategic thinker who isn’t afraid to constructively challenge. Ben is an accredited behavioural assessment consultant, meaning we can offer our clients an in-depth analysis of shortlisted candidates drivers and motivation as well as providing candidates with feedback valuable for their personal development.

It’s well known amongst clients, colleagues, friends and family, that Sophie has an obsessive need for detail and organisation. This has stood her in good stead as both recruiter for and project manager of many challenging and complex assignments within the retail, transport and care sectors. Starting her career in executive search and selection before going into recruitment process outsourcing and eventually moving in-house meaning Sophie appreciates what it’s like to be the client. Sophie is driven by exceeding customer expectations; providing the best client care and candidate experience.

With a combined recruitment experience of almost 40 years, we offer a broad range of knowledge and understanding of the recruiting challenges faced by our clients. Being specialists in the property and construction sector means we have a deep understanding of our clients’ requirements and expectations.
